About Me
Connection · Understanding · Balance
Hello, and welcome.
I’m Victoria, a British-born professional with over 25 years of experience across languages, education, intercultural training, and wellbeing.
I work internationally in English, French, German, and Russian, and my path has always been guided by three values: connection, understanding, and balance — whether through language, learning, or presence.
A Multifaceted Journey
I began my career as a translator and interpreter, specialising in medical, legal, business, and tourism sectors. Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals, institutions, and global companies, offering precise, reliable language services in diverse settings — from boardrooms to refugee support centres.
In parallel, I’ve taught English for general and specific purposes in universities, businesses, and international organisations. My teaching evolved into intercultural communication, international HR management, and geopolitics, supporting people and teams navigating cultural transitions around the world.
As an intercultural trainer, I’ve guided professionals and their families as they relocated, adapted, and built new lives — always with care, context, and clarity at heart.
Integrating Presence & Wellbeing
In recent years, I’ve deepened my focus on meditation and stress reduction, completing a university diploma in meditation and health. My final project explored how meditation can support interpreters working in the medical-social field, particularly in high-stress, high-empathy environments.
I now integrate mindfulness and somatic awareness into my teaching and training, and also offer standalone meditation classes to the general public. I’m currently expanding this side of my work to include coaching — helping people find balance, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with greater clarity.
How I Work
Whether I’m facilitating a coaching session, guiding a meditation, translating a sensitive document, or supporting someone through cultural transition, my approach remains the same:
attentive, flexible, human-centred.
I believe that real understanding — whether between people, cultures, or within ourselves — begins with presence and care.
Looking Ahead
I’m currently based in France. I work online and in person, and I’m open to new collaborations in any of my areas of expertise.
